Mohamed has 10 years of experience in real estate and finance.He worked in Paris for PWC and Hiram Finance Consulting where he performed complex and varied missions for different multinationals such as: IPSEN PHARMA, AEW EUROPE, GDF SUEZ, GENERALI, BNPParibas Investment Partners, Valeo and BAT … Mohamed holds an MSc in Business Real Estate from the University of the Sorbonne (ACCREDITED RICS) and a Master from Amiens Business School which he joined after completing preparatory classes to business schools. He also pursued the Research Master's degree of the IAE Paris in partnership with HEC and the school of Arts and Crafts Paris Tech. Mohamed is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
Tarik has extensive experience in corporate finance and strategy at Volkswagen Group France. He subsequently specialized in financial markets and alternative investments by holding the position of Hedge Fund Analyst at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris. Tarik also has a long experience in entrepreneurial finance by initiating various projects and ventures between France and Africa. He is the founder and Managing Partner of the strategy consulting firm EQT Consulting & Advisory. Tarik is a graduate of the Amiens Business School (French Grande École Graduate Program) with a major in Banking and Financial Markets and pursued the Master Exchange Program at HEC Liège Management School. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance, Corporate Audit and Risk Management from Paris Descartes University.
After preparatory classes and a Business school Master, Virginie joined the Property Management Department of Orange Group. Then she joined BPI France, a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts. As a sales person, Virginie evolved to become sales manager at Siagi(mutual guarantee organization for banks), where she handled, among others, banking and institutional relations. The financial and economic analysis of business transactions has been one of her missions.Through her wide experience, Virginie has 10 years of experience in finance, real estate, and commercial.
Karim has more than 7 years experience in sales and mainly in the real estate field. He held the position of Head of Real Estate Transactions within a large French group working on different types of real estate assets. He has developed an in-depth knowledge of tax and legal aspects of the Real estate investment. Karim holds a degree in Marketing from Amiens Business School and a DUT from the University of Maine. He is fluent in French, Arabic and English.
Malcolm has a long and rich experience of more than 40 years in consulting and finance. He began his career as auditor in audit firms such as COOPER ADAMSON & CO in England, Deloitte in Paris, PWC inVenezuela, before moving to CFO positions for major groups in France, Spain and England. Malcolm graduate FCA in England and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
M. Lahoussine has a long and rich experience of more than 40 years in real estate and urban planning in Morocco. He began his career at the National Authority for Property Registration and Topographic Land Survey in Rabat where he rose to the position of head of the Topography Department. He subsequently was promoted Head of the Legal and Land Affairs Department at the Agadir Urban Agency before carrying out cadastral activities(operations): parceling, merging land titles, extensive land titling, land subdivision, property co-ownerships, etc. Lahoussine is a topographical engineer graduated from of the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy &Veterinary Medicine – Rabat.He also received a Master Degree in Remote Sensing from the Centre for research and applications in remote sensing (C.A.R.T.E.L) at the University of Sherbrooke-Canada.
